groups, whether for everyday drinking wines or fine vintages from the
great estates. These may be hosted at your home if suitable space is
available, alternatively a City Livery Company may be chosen or a
private suite at the Savoy. Every tasting is arranged to meet precise
requirements of the client, in respect of budget and choice of wines and
food. Great emphasis is placed on personal service and attention to
detail. We will be more than happy to quote for tastings on a modest
scale in an informal setting.
Corporate clients represent a large part of Vincent Gasniers's
consultancy work. This is an area in which he is particularly competent
to offer a professional service, given his close association with the
prestigious French company Ficofi. You may feel confident in approaching
Vincent to discuss any kind of corporate tasting, in the City or
elsewhere. Through Ficofi you may gain access to the greatest of all the
wines in the very best vintages. This is a truly unique facility given
that you may also meet the growers themselves and discuss their wines.
What better than to invite your most important clients to a private
tasting and enjoy conversation with the owners of the legendary
chateaux, including the names of Romanee Conti, Ch. Lafite Rothschild,
Ch. Petrus and Ch. d'Yquem. Food at such occasions will normally be
prepared by a Michelin starred chef, accompanied by the finest bread and
