suit your own taste and budget. It is vitally important to note that good
wine need not be expensive, indeed one might say that the lower the budget
the more important the advice of a friendly expert! What better than to

will be more than happy to arrange a modest tasting of wines to suit your
own palate, whether new or old world, red or white. I am happy to provide
mixed cases and can arrange for delivery to your door. Buying your wine
through Vincent Gasnier will open up a world of possibilities, I will take
time to taste all wines selected prior to purchase, you will be introduced
to new exciting wines on a regular basis and make interesting
discoveries. Along the way you will broaden your knowledge of facts and
gain an insight into the world of the Master Sommelier.
Fine & Rare Wines
Should your interest
extend to fine and rare wines then Vincent Gasnier will be pleased to
advise on the acquisition of legendary wines including the 'Great
Growths' from the old world, the new Cult wines - many of which come
from noted producers in California, Italian Super Tuscans and of course
vintage Champagne.
Cellar
Management
This service will include a
new cellar, the organisation and valuation of an existing one, cataloguing
your collection and advice on when to drink certain vintages and how long
to keep others. Should you not have a 'dedicated' cellar then other means
of storing special bottles can be recommended. The care and maintenance of
your valuable wine is crucial to your future enjoyment.
